The Cycle of Change (CoC) is a growing group of people who are coming together to have fun, build community, and promote safe and welcoming transportation options for people of all walks of life!

Now to celebrate the work we are doing together, join us for a picnic dinner after work. Everyone interested in better transportation, spouses, partners, friends, and neighbors are welcome.
